Experience behind the work
Iron Ridge Paving is led by Matthew Porter, whose paving experience spans municipal paving, big-box and retail projects, mill and fill, subcontract paving and chip seal. That experience informs scope review, pricing and phasing discussions.
What we focus on
Commercial and industrial pavement first, followed by municipal and subcontract work, multi-site property portfolios and private roads. Mill and overlay is the core of that work.
How we work
A useful paving scope starts with site conditions: surface or base failure, drainage, traffic and operating needs. Scope discussions can address repair boundaries, pavement thickness and phasing so owners know what they are evaluating.
